Automatic processing scheme of ball cage temperature forging
This plan includes four six-joint 20 kg industrial robots, a precision positioning mechanism for feeding, a cooling and lubrication system for the hydraulic press of the forging bed, a discharge slide, and a special pneumatic jaw. It cooperates with three hydraulic forging machines and tempering equipment to complete the automatic processing of the ball cage temperature forging line.
